Job summary

Kreativ Icon Company seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day financial operations from a remote setup based in Pakistan. Qualifications

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, transaction entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare invoices, expense records, payment schedules, and supporting documentation accurately.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail when reviewing financial data.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, financial documentation, and basic tax or compliance requirements.
• Ability to organize confidential records, investigate variances, and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, professional follow-up, and effective remote collaboration.
• Experience supporting project-based operations, logistics, construction, or technology environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare routine financial reports, account summaries, and reconciliation statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with payment processing.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities and provide documents for audits and management reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify expenses, budgets, purchase records, and project-related financial information.
• Maintain confidentiality, identify discrepancies, and recommend practical improvements to accounting processes.
