dotCMS is a visual, headless CMS enabling compliance-led enterprises to scale digital content across brands and channels. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to own event logistics, pre- and post-event execution, and to support broader marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.

This is a 100% remote contractor role with US business hours. You’ll collaborate across the US and EMEA time zones, coordinate 13+ industry events annually, and partner with SDRs to maximize pipeline

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of planning and executing industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms for email campaigns, landing pages, and lead tracking.
• Ability to track event performance, measure ROI, and connect marketing activities to pipeline generation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across US and EMEA time zones.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates vendors, booths, travel, shipping and registration for each event.
• Builds attendee and target lists and passes them to the SDR before each show.
• Executes event email campaigns, landing pages and reminders.
• Tracks event budget, leads and attributed pipeline in HubSpot.
• Owns webinar logistics: registration, reminders, recordings, follow-up.
• Supports marketing operations and demand generation as capacity allows.
