dotCMS, LLC is seeking a hands-on, business-oriented Legal Manager to support commercial operations and broad legal needs in a fully remote, contractor role. The position focuses on streamlining contract processes, guiding customer negotiations, and aiding Revenue and Customer Experience teams to move deals and renewals efficiently.

The successful candidate will leverage 3+ years in commercial contracts within B2B SaaS, a law degree, and strong risk-aware judgment to balance legal protections

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial contracts experience in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs.
• Solid understanding of contract risks: liability, indemnification, IP, data protection.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Revenue Ops, or leadership.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements (MSAs, SaaS, renewals, amendments, NDAs).
• Support customer negotiations and resolve contractual issues with Revenue/Customer Experience teams.
• Review redlines, identify material risks, propose practical solutions.
• Assist with liability, indemnification, and data protection provisions.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and negotiation playbooks.
