- Lead, supervise, and support Virtual Assisted Living and Nursing Home Coordinators.
- Distribute workloads and balance across facilities.
- Monitor documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
- Coach and train team; deliver regular feedback.
- Track KPIs and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Improve processes to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all records.
