Job summary

Ibtdara is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support compliance. This is a fully remote position. We particularly encourage graduates from LUMS, IBA, NUST, LSE, and FAST-NUCES with strong academics to apply.

Responsibilities include bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll processing, tax filings, and audit support. Requires 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and QB/Xero, and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academics may apply.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, financial records, and reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payment follow-ups.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Handle tax filings and financial compliance.
• Prepare documentation and support audit processes.
• Assist with cash-flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting.
