Job summary

Ibtdara is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s financial and compliance requirements. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for graduates from LUMS, IBA, NUST, LSE, and FAST-NUCES.

You will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, tax filings, audits, and cash-flow monitoring, while preparing financial reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Graduates from LUMS, IBA, NUST, LSE, or FAST-NUCES preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, financial records, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payment follow-ups.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Handle tax filings and financial compliance.
• Prepare documentation and support audit processes.
• Assist with cash-flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting.
