Job summary

HBL in Lahore seeks a results-driven relationship manager to secure payroll mandates and expand corporate banking relationships.

In this role you will collaborate with HR and Finance teams, drive onboarding, activation, and balance growth, and increase deployments of banking products. You will meet targets in mandates, deposits, and product penetration through proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new payroll mandates within assigned markets and segments.
• Build strong relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders across corporate clients.
• Drive employee onboarding, activation, balance growth, and portfolio deepening.
• Increase CASA balances and cross-sell Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, Mortgages, Bancassurance, and Digital Banking products.
• Conduct client meetings, employee sessions, and business development activities to drive engagement and business growth.
• Achieve assigned targets relating to mandates, deposits, activation, product penetration, and revenues.
