Job summary

360training in Karachi, Pakistan seeks a Regulatory Research Specialist to lead regulatory tasks, track changes, and ensure course content stays compliant.

You will build relationships with regulators, instructors, and vendors, manage filings and renewals, and coordinate with product teams to address evolving regulatory requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in regulatory risk and compliance, with strong English communication, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business/commercial focus preferred.
• 3+ years in regulatory risk and compliance in relevant industry.
• 3+ years in regulatory research, compliance, risk management or audits.
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (neutral/American accent).
• Strong relationship-building with regulators, vendors and instructors.
• Understanding of regulated training business and rules tracking.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document regulatory requirements and approval processes for assigned libraries.
• Accurately interpret regulatory law and provide information to Product Development team.
• Document regulatory letters, notices and related paperwork.
• Conduct research on regulatory laws & rules and keep BI documents updated.
• Coordinate with regulators at state and national levels to build knowledge bases.
• Lead renewals and reporting with teams to ensure timely course approvals and updates.
• Oversee instructor contracts and ensure timely payments and relationships with regulators.
