Mashreq in Karachi seeks an experienced Compliance QA professional to strengthen its independent assurance framework across Compliance. You will validate systems, monitor adherence to AML/KYC/Sanctions policies, and guide other units on procedures.

With 10+ years in banking and at least 5 in Financial Crime, you will promote a strong compliance culture, coordinate training, and ensure timely remediation of regulatory findings.

Formación

• Graduate with strong AML/CFT knowledge and banking experience.
• 5+ years in Financial Crime including Sanctions Compliance required.
• ACAMS or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in development and implementation of an independent Quality Assurance framework within Compliance.
• Execute periodic reviews to ensure internal procedures remain compliant.
• Conduct independent validation of Compliance systems (Screening, Payments, TBM).
• Track implementation of recommendations and remediation of exceptions.
• Exchange insights and best practices across Compliance verticals.
• Provide guidance to other units on relevant procedures.
• Assist in annual review and update of AML/ KYC/ Sanctions policies.
• Promote compliance culture and ensure training reflects regulatory updates.
