Job summary

360training in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a Compliance Reporting Specialist to submit students’ course credits to regulators, following the defined reporting schedule and SOPs, and to handle licensing and continuing education queries while meeting renewal deadlines.

The role requires advanced Excel and Power Query skills, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to maintain accurate reporting records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Submit students’ course information (credit hours) to Regulators and maintain records.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and update reporting manuals.
• Contact customers to resolve reporting issues and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain affidavits or forms and document reporting processes.
