The role requires independence across many jurisdictions and a knack for scalable processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a compliance or paralegal role with US corporations and strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a compliance, regulatory, or corporate paralegal role with US corporations.
• Experience managing global and multi-state licensing and corporate good-standing obligations.
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance principles and entity maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-state regulatory licensing portfolio and track deadlines.
• Prepare, file, and monitor regulatory submissions with state agencies.
• Support HIPAA and HITRUST programs with documentation and audit readiness.
• Coordinate corporate governance activities, board consents, and resolutions.
• Manage entity formation, foreign qualifications, and annual reports.
