Job summary

Bridge Intelligence is seeking a Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs to own licensing execution end-to-end and build the compliance operating system. You will be the accountable owner for regulatory readiness across custody, brokerage, and future settlement/rail functions, working with the founder and product/engineering teams.

You will lead licensing delivery across SBP/SECP/PVARA, build a comprehensive compliance program, and manage regulator interactions with audit trails.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance/regulatory roles in fintech or banking.
• Hands-on licensing experience with regulator submissions.
• Strong governance, documentation, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing delivery across SBP/SECP/PVARA with readiness timelines.
• Build the compliance program: policies, risk assessments, training, recordkeeping.
• Manage regulator interfaces with audit trails.
• Design controls with engineering translating regs into product requirements.
• Oversee vendor governance for KYC/KYT/screening providers.
• Provide reporting cadence to board and KPI tracking.
