Job summary

DocketWorks is seeking a remote paralegal professional to support U.S. attorneys with legal research, client intake, document preparation, and case management. You will work 40 hours per week, reporting to a U.S.

supervising attorney, from Pakistan, under U.S. time zones in a fully remote setup. The role includes researching using Westlaw and LexisNexis, coordinating intake, preparing demand letters and discovery responses, and organizing case files.

Qualifications

• English fluency including speaking, reading, writing, comprehension
• Licensed attorney in Pakistan or current Bar Council enrollment
• Reliable internet connection and hardware to run MS Office
• Ability to provide licensure or credentials documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Communicate with clients via U.S.-based platforms (Clio, MyCase)
• Coordinate intake and gather initial facts
• Order and follow up on medical, police, or insurance records
• Draft demand letters, motions, and discovery responses
• Organize case files and calendar deadlines
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, depositions, or mediation
