PakLite is hiring Regional Sales Manager for Gujranwala. We are seeking experienced professionals who can manage dealer networks, develop markets, and drive territory growth while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include building distributor relationships, analyzing market data, traveling within the territory, and leading a sales team to achieve quarterly goals. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales experience required; electrical/lighting/electronics distribution preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical, lighting, electronics, FMCG or distribution.
