Job summary

PakLite is seeking experienced Area Sales Managers to cover Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad. You will develop markets, grow territories, manage dealer networks and drive distributor performance to achieve sales targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. This is a full-time position with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical, lighting, electronics, FMCG or distribution.
• Experience in dealer and distributor management and market development.
