Job summary

Master Group. drive Foam and Spring Mattress sales across the KPK region by managing the dealer network, expanding market coverage, and executing sales strategies. You will work to hit zonal targets while strengthening dealer relationships and optimizing profitability.

You will monitor market trends, coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability, and lead a team to deliver revenue growth and high customer satisfaction across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Foam and Spring Mattress (cover & uncover).
• Develop and execute zonal sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Expand market coverage and increase product availability.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Lead dealer onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to address potential and challenges.
• Implement dealer incentive programs and promotions to maximize sales.
• Resolve dealer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper trade marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor product visibility and brand presence at outlets.
• Coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock shortages.
• Track market share and provide forecasts and insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and sales staff.
• Set performance objectives and conduct reviews.
• Identify training needs and foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor forecasts and ensure revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage receivables and control trade spending.
