Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5-7 years of relevant production/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for Foam and Spring operations.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor production KPIs including productivity, efficiency, yield, downtime, and OEE.
• Lead manpower deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Drive cost control and productivity improvements.
