Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience for Chartered Accountants or 5 - 8 years for Master’s degree holders.
• Good understanding of stakeholders including members and students.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional regional operations and ensure execution of strategic plans.
• Oversee operations across multiple cities to drive strategic initiatives.
• Supervise administrative heads for compliance with ICAP policies.
• Support ICAP functions like Examinations, Finance, and IT.
• Represent ICAP at various forums and build strong relationships.
