Job summary

Postex is seeking a proactive Area Manager to oversee operational activities across multiple locations in Jaranwala, Pakistan. You will ensure smooth operations, manage teams, monitor performance, and enforce company SOPs to achieve efficiency and growth.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI monitoring, and excellent communication with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and engagement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant operations experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP, operational tracking, and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
