Job summary

Brickstech is seeking an experienced Regional Manager/Campus Head to oversee operations across multiple campuses. You will drive strategic initiatives, align campus activities with organizational goals, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze complex data to develop actionable plans. Regular travel between campuses is expected as part of a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of management experience, regional or educational context.
• Proficiency in MS Office and management software.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in educational administration.
