Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in regional or educational management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional campuses ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency across campuses.
• Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with policies.
• Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation by promoting professional development and team collaboration.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including educational institutions and community organizations.
• Represent the organization in regional meetings, conferences, and workshops.
