Qualifications

• Law graduate from HEC with 1 year of relevant experience and 6 months of Bar enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in amending laws, rules and regulations and present to supervisor.
• Coordinate with Head Office departments to collect documents and follow up on lawsuits.
• Prepare initial legal views on issues related to litigation and share with external counsel.
• Assist in preparing and executing Vakalatnama for appointment of legal counsel.
• Coordinate with external counsel to draft replies, opinions and briefs, safeguarding SSGC's viewpoint.
• Represent SSGC at hearings when required and participate in serving legal notices.
• Provide risk analysis input and support senior staff in case management.
