Job summary

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a Regional Executive - CAD (AVP/VP) for posting in Gwadar, Jhang, Larkana, and Mirpur Khas. Responsible for credit administration, disbursement controls, and risk monitoring under the CAD division.

The role requires minimum 6 years in banking with CAD exposure and strong documentation and MS Office skills. The position is contractual for three years with competitive compensation and clear reporting to the Divisional Head - Credit Administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Candidate having Masters' degree and / or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred

Responsibilities

• To issue Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DACs) for commercial accounts with proper documentation
• To ensure disbursements are made after execution of documents and proper charges are created
• To conduct surprise inspections of pledged sites and resolve irregularities with branch managers
• To coordinate with branches for rectification of irregularities and discrepancies identified by Credit Administration Division
• To supervise credit maintenance and analysis of periodic reports for regularization of irregularities
• To ensure insurance arrangements are valid and cover required risks as per sanction advice
• To track outstanding documents and obtain necessary exemptions or deferrals
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisors
