Job summary

National Bank of Pakistan seeks a Unit Head - MIS Automation (AVP/VP) in Karachi to lead the development and deployment of Credit Risk MIS systems. The role focuses on automated reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights for senior management and risk governance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in credit risk analytics, MIS reporting, dashboard development, and data integration, with a strong grasp of Basel and SBP regulations, to drive process improvements and automation

Qualifications

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or Risk Management.
Masters and/or professional certification such as FRM, CFA, PRM, CA or ACCA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the development, enhancement and maintenance of Credit Risk MIS systems.
Ensure timely, accurate credit risk reports, dashboards, analytics for senior management.
Oversee collection, consolidation, validation and reconciliation of credit risk data across groups.
Develop automated MIS and reporting solutions to reduce manual processes.
Identify opportunities for data integration and automation in risk reporting.
Design and maintain risk dashboards and BI solutions for portfolio analytics and risk trends.
Review MIS quality and recommend enhancements per regulatory and business needs.
Coordinate with ITG and business groups to deliver timely reporting.
