MGC Developments invites energetic Calling Agents to join our growing real estate team in Rawalpindi. You will make outbound calls, present our projects and investment opportunities, and generate leads. You’ll follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and help the sales team hit targets with strong client engagement.

Fresh candidates are welcome; you’ll need excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, confidence on calls, and a proactive attitude to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and engaging with potential customers.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Introduce company projects, properties, and investment opportunities to prospective customers.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Build positive client relationships and support the sales team in achieving targets.
