HomeCrestProperty, a USA-based real estate company serving the U.S. market, seeks a Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller to join our Lahore-based remote team and support lead generation for U.S. property transactions.

You will make outbound calls to U.S. property owners, build rapport, qualify leads, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires strong English, prior cold calling experience, and the ability to work across U.S. time zones from Lahore.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and confident conversational ability.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or real estate outreach.
• Ability to engage U.S.-based property owners professionally and ask effective qualifying questions.
• Understanding of basic real estate wholesaling concepts, seller motivation, and lead qualification.
• Comfort using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, dialers, and online communication tools.
• Accurate note-taking, organized follow-up, and reliable pipeline management.
• Ability to handle objections, remain persistent, and maintain a positive tone during high-volume calling.
• Self-management, dependable attendance, and willingness to work according to U.S. time zones.
• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet outreach, conversation, and qualified-lead targets.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to U.S. property owners using approved scripts and calling systems.
• Build rapport, identify seller motivation, and collect property and contact details.
• Qualify leads according to investment criteria and schedule follow-up conversations when appropriate.
• Update CRM records accurately with call outcomes, notes, contact information, and next steps.
• Follow up with prospects.
