Mashreq Bank is seeking an Ops Risk Manager to lead the RCSA program within the Operational Risk Management Team. You will drive design, deployment, and execution of RCSA, aligning with the ORM framework and policy, while understanding risks across multiple business lines.

The role requires collaboration with business lines and governance bodies to ensure timely identification, measurement, and remediation of risks, plus promotion of knowledge-sharing and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Risk Management or applicable line of business.
• Familiarity with banking regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Knowledge of common risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and execute the RCSA with annual refreshes and trigger-based cycles.
• Identify process improvements aligning with enterprise initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to enable RCSA lifecycle and share lessons learned.
• Implement processes to support RCSA delivery and oversight.
• Provide a holistic view of risks using metrics and risk priorities.
• Oversee RCSA methodology documents and stakeholder communications.
• Lead meetings with line of business and enterprise functions on RCSA changes.
• Manage change and training to drive adoption of new processes.
• Stay updated on Enterprise and Operational Risk Management guidelines.
• Lead Quality Assurance for the RCSA program and close findings.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external partners and assist special projects.
