About the Job

NSOL BPO is looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise to join our quality assurance team. You'll be responsible for reviewing and validating the work delivered by our Virtual Assistants across both technical and non-technical tasks, ensuring every deliverable meets our quality standards before it reaches the client.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, solid GHL knowledge, and the ability to evaluate work ranging from website builds to social media management, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality assurance checks on VA-delivered tasks, including website creation, social media handling, CRM management, pipeline setup, and funnel creation.
• Review GoHighLevel accounts for correct configuration, workflow accuracy, and automation performance.
• Evaluate both technical tasks (CRM setup, funnels, automations, integrations) and non-technical tasks (social media content, scheduling, general VA deliverables).
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps before deliverables are sent to clients.
• Document QA findings and provide clear, constructive feedback to VAs and team leads.
• Maintain QA checklists and standards across different task types.
• Track recurring quality issues and flag patterns to management.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leads to ensure timely resolution of flagged issues.
• Maintain accurate QA records and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, pipelines, funnels, and automations.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar evaluative role.
• Ability to assess both technical deliverables (CRM/funnel/automation setups) and non-technical deliverables (social media, content, general VA work).
• Strong attention to detail and structured, methodical review process.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to give clear, actionable feedback without ambiguity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple review cycles simultaneously.
