Job summary

NSOL BPO is seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to build and manage CRM accounts, create automated workflows, and develop funnels, landing pages, and forms. The role focuses on email/SMS campaigns, third-party integrations, and client communication with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines.

Onsite, full-time position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Requires at least 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong CRM setup and management knowledge.
• Experience creating workflows, automations, and customer journeys.
• Proficiency in building funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys.
• Experience managing pipelines, calendars, and lead management systems.
• Knowledge of email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Experience integrating third-party tools and resolving technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage GoHighLevel accounts.
• Create automated workflows and customer journeys.
• Set up and manage CRM systems, pipelines, and calendars.
• Build funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys.
• Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Integrate third-party applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Test and optimize automations for efficiency and performance.
