Job summary

ACE CPAs is hiring a Quality of Earnings and Financial Due Diligence Specialist to own QoE engagements end to end, analyzing numbers, building workpapers, and drafting client reports. This is a hands-on transaction advisory role for someone with direct QoE experience and US GAAP fluency.

You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for corporate clients, private equity groups, and lenders, analyzing earnings quality, working capital, and cash flows.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 5+ years in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or closely related finance work, with direct QoE or FDD engagement experience.
• Hands-on experience building quality of earnings adjustments and net working capital analyses.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Comfortable working in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to produce client-ready reports.
• Available full-time during US business hours for calls, meetings, and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for corporate clients, private equity groups, and lenders.
• Analyze quality of earnings, EBITDA adjustments, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Draft detailed reports that summarize findings, business performance, adjustments, and transaction risks.
• Present findings clearly to clients and firm leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients throughout the transaction.
