Job summary

Ace CPAs is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Associate to support recurring accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong accounting fundamentals and excellent spreadsheet skills, able to learn structured workflows quickly.

Public accounting exposure is preferred; ACCA/CMA/CA finalist status or completion is required. This remote role aligns with a disciplined environment and clear reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• Public Accounting experience required.
• ACCA, CMA, CA or finalist status required.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST / 7 PM PKT to 4 AM PKT, Monday–Friday.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Xero.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy in accounting records through daily/weekly reviews.
• Perform reconciliations and verify financial data consistency.
• Prepare and update recurring reporting workbooks/templates.
• Support month-end closing activities and routine journal entries.
• Track open items and ensure clean documentation for reporting deliverables.
• Communicate clear updates and flag issues early to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
