Job Description & Position Overview

The Qasid / Cook (CCP Grade-2) is responsible for executing assigned duties in Competition Commission of Pakistan. Core focus includes operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality Pakistani and continental dishes, executive lunches, fast-food snacks, tea, and refreshments for Commission officers and visiting dignitaries; manage kitchen and pantry inventory; ensure strict food safety, temperature control, and kitchen cleanliness; maintain dishware and cooking utensils; serve meals during official meetings and hearings.
• Pakistani Cuisine Cooking, Continental Meal Preparation, Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitation, Food Safety (HACCP), Pantry Stock Management, Executive Boardroom Hospitality & Service

Practical Trade Test / Technical Driving & Skill Evaluation (100 Marks). Minimum qualifying threshold: 50%.
