Job summary

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure end-to-end quality compliance across mechanical and oil & gas projects. This role focuses on implementing ISO 9001 standards, managing inspections, and supporting successful project delivery.

The candidate will manage QA/QC plans, conduct inspections at multiple project stages, witness testing and NDT activities, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in mechanical or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspections, and handover docs.
• Conduct inspections across material receipt, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning.
• Witness testing and NDT activities per applicable standards.
• Maintain QA/QC records and coordinate with contractors and third parties.
• Drive continuous improvement via corrective and preventive actions.
