Topline PR is hiring a Public Relations Manager for Islamabad to manage execution and strategy across client accounts with a strong focus on stakeholder coordination and disciplined delivery. This role requires someone who communicates confidently in English, keeps work structured, and maintains professional relationships across multiple touchpoints.

You should be able to lead campaigns calmly under timelines and keep both internal teams and external stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account execution end-to-end: planning, coordination, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead media outreach strategy and ensure consistent follow-up and relationship management.
• Ensure messaging accuracy and consistency across all client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and support on-ground execution when required.
• Review and improve team outputs (writing, formatting, clarity, and alignment).
• Prepare client updates and reporting that clearly reflects progress and results.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Sciences, IR, Marketing/Business, or a relevant discipline.
• 4–5 years of PR/communications experience, ideally in an agency or service environment.
• Mature client handling, strong judgment, and disciplined follow-up habits.
• Self-driven and growth-oriented—comfortable owning responsibility and outcomes.
