Job summary

Milele, operating from Lahore, is seeking a Property Acquisition Executive to identify distressed and below-market-value properties in Dubai markets. You will negotiate offers, maintain records, and foster broker relationships to drive acquisitions from Lahore.

The role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and Excel proficiency. You will monitor listings, coordinate closings, and produce regular reports to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, acquisitions, brokerage, or sales preferred; fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source distressed and below-market-value properties from Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other sources.


• Analyze listings and conduct comparative market analysis.


• Negotiate with owners, agents, and brokers to secure favorable deals.


• Build and maintain relationships with Dubai brokers.


• Broadcast company inventory daily to brokers and investors.


• Maintain Excel sheets for inventory, offers, negotiations, and follow-ups.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain organized databases of properties, brokers, and investors.

Requirements
