Zones IT Solutions in Islamabad is seeking an experienced Project Manager 2 to lead undefined initiatives, define scope, and deliver measurable outcomes using PMO principles alongside senior stakeholders. You will drive strategy, manage scope, budget, and schedule; produce weekly status reports; and mentor teams across Purchasing, IT, Operations, Finance and Sales.

The role requires 5+ years in program/project management, PMP/ITIL preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environment.
• Leadership experience managing a portfolio of programs, multiple projects and teams.
• Ability to take ambiguous requirements, conduct investigation and develop strategy.
• Problem solving skills: identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; build relationships across levels.
• Knowledge of and experience using Project Management Software.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Demonstrable improvement of KPIs vs. baseline measurements.
• Timely completion of project initiatives; manage scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure all tasks are resolved within time constraints through proper task management.
• Provide weekly status reports covering service engagements, resource utilization, project status, risks and issues.
• Maintain portfolio status and effective communications with stakeholders and executive management.
