Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead investigations, define scope and measurable deliverables, and partner with senior leaders to improve performance. You will manage program scope, budget and schedule, and deliver weekly status updates across multiple functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), PMP/ITIL (preferred), and 5+ years of PM/strategy experience in a technology or operations environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management or strategy in tech/operations.
• Leadership of a portfolio of programs and teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into strategy.
• Strong risk management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans and measurable objectives for programs.
• Improve KPIs vs baselines for each project effort.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure tasks are resolved within time constraints with proper management.
• Provide weekly status reports covering engagements, utilization, risks, issues and portfolio status.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management.
