Job summary

Wonder Digital is a Karachi-based performance marketing agency seeking a Project Manager to be the operational backbone, keeping 15+ projects moving and clients informed.

You’ll use Tasker, coordinate designers, marketers, and developers, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and supervise reporting and payroll tasks for ongoing campaigns. The role requires 1–3 years in PM or agency coordination and a related degree, with Fluent Urdu/English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or agency coordination.
• Proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, Jira)
• Strong written and verbal communication in Urdu and English.
• Extremely detail-oriented; you notice when a deadline is missing or a task has no owner.
• Background in digital marketing or agency work is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and track tasks across 15+ concurrent client projects with correct priorities, deadlines, and ownership.
• Run the full review and approval workflow — verify deliverables before they reach clients.
• Coordinate daily with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure zero delays.
• Own client communication — weekly progress updates, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Monitor HR records and monthly payroll reporting.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the director.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions proactively.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who will be the operational backbone of our agency — someone who keeps 15+ projects moving, the team accountable, and clients informed at every step.

What You’ll Own:

You'll manage everything through Tasker — our proprietary 120+ feature agency management platform built in-house.

• Create, assign, and track all tasks across 15+ concurrent client projects with correct priorities, deadlines, and team ownership
• Run the full review and approval workflow — verify deliverables before they reach clients
• Coordinate daily with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure zero delays
• Own client communication — weekly progress updates, meeting minutes, action items, and client portal management
• Monitor team attendance, HR records, and monthly payroll reporting
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the director
• Identify bottlenecks before they become problems and propose solutions proactively

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or agency coordination
• Prior experience with any project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, Jira, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication in Urdu and English

Salary Range:PKR 50,000 – 80,000 / month

What This Role Is NOT:

• This is a pure operations and management role. You will not be doing design, copywriting, or ad management. Your job is to make sure the right people do the right work — on time, every time.
