Job summary

Navigatorhr is hiring a Project Manager in Rawalpindi to lead client communications, gather requirements, and define project scopes and timelines.

You will coordinate developers, designers, SEO and digital marketing teams, monitor progress, prepare proposals and reports, and maintain quality across projects. English fluency and 3–4 years in a digital agency are required for our onsite night-shift role.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in a digital agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong experience in project management and coordinating teams.
• Good understanding of website development, UI/UX, SEO, digital marketing, and branding.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good design sense and understanding of modern web standards.
