Job summary

Connect Logistics is seeking an IT & MIS Project Coordinator to bridge business operations and technical execution within the WMS and ERP landscape. You will oversee day-to-day WMS user support, track project milestones, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to keep IT initiatives on schedule and free of blockers.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain thorough project documentation to support successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, or MIS support roles.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• WMS Operations & User Support: track daily WMS spending, resolve end-user queries, support system enhancements.
• Project Coordination & Tracking: monitor milestones, assign tasks to internal teams, maintain schedules.
• Issue & Risk Resolution: identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, mediate between support and development.
• Stakeholder Communication: main point of contact for updates, schedule alignment meetings, communicate with managers, developers and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain project execution plans, progress reports, system docs, and ticket tracking.

Job description

As our IT & MIS Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical execution. You will oversee day-to-day WMS user support, track project schedules, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to keep all IT initiatives on schedule and free of operational blockers.

Responsibilities

• WMS Operations & User Support: Track and update daily WMS spending, resolve end-user operational queries, and support continuous system enhancements to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitor overall project milestones, assign tasks to internal development/support teams, and maintain project schedules.
• Issue & Risk Resolution: Work closely with the Project Manager to identify bottlenecks, eliminate blockers, and mediate between support and development teams to resolve critical issues quickly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project updates, schedule alignment meetings, and ensure clear communication between project managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, progress reports, system documentation, and ticket tracking throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, or MIS support roles.
• Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP Software.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, task prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Excel.
