Job summary

vFairs is seeking a Project Coordinator in the EST time zone for a hybrid role, requiring 20 hours per week from the office. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.

You will own onboarding experience, create strong relationships with customers, drive loyalty and product adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success for vFairs customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
• Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.
