Job summary

vFairs is hiring a Project Coordinator for a hybrid role in the EST time zone, responsible for guiding customers from onboarding through their subscription and ensuring successful outcomes.

0–1 year experience in customer support or project coordination, tech-savvy with Google Apps, and ability to work across time zones, including during live events on weekends, are preferred.

Job Description

We are hiring Project Coordinators in the EST time zone for a hybrid role. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.
