The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling installation appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and make calls to clients and technicians in fluent English.
  
• Coordinate and schedule CCTV installation appointments.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and technical teams.

• Follow up with technicians and clients regarding installation progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field .
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client onboarding, business analysis, technical support, or a similar role.
  
• Experience in IT, customer support, or the CCTV industry will be an advantage.
