Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a Project Coordinator with a marketing projects background to manage client marketing work end to end: email marketing, SEO, testing, analytics, and blog/content publishing.

You will be the link between the client, designers, developers, and marketing specialists, keeping scope, schedule, and reporting on track. The role is full-time in Lahore with hybrid setup, overlap for US client.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project or marketing coordination.
• Experience with at least two: email marketing, SEO, testing, analytics/reporting, blog publishing.
• Exposure to product management (backlog, prioritisation, sprint planning).
• Experience with Jira structuring and sprint management.
• Familiar with GA4, email platforms, SEO tools, and CMS (WordPress/Webflow/HubSpot).
• Strong written and spoken English; able to run client calls independently.

Responsibilities

• Own schedules, task tracking, and weekly status reports for assigned projects.
• Run kickoffs and client check-ins; log decisions, action items, and change requests against the SOW.
• Coordinate email campaigns: calendar, briefs, approvals, send scheduling, post-send reporting.
• Track SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page/technical fixes, content recommendations) through to implementation.
• Set up and document A/B tests across email, landing pages, and ads; report results and next steps.
• Consolidate analytics (GA4, email, SEO tools) into client‑ready monthly performance reports.
• Manage the blog/editorial calendar: brief writers, coordinate reviews, publish on the CMS with on-page SEO in place.

Nice to have

• Agency or design‑studio experience; HubSpot or Google Analytics certifications.
• Reports to the Studio Manager. Full‑time, Lahore (hybrid - to confirm), with partial (majorly calls only) overlap for US client.
