• Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) in real-time.
• Forecast and plan for raw materials, trims, and accessories.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.
• Prevent delays due to material shortages.
• Monitor WIP in real-time to track production flow.
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or delays in production.
• Ensure line balancing and efficient manpower deployment.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure product standards.
• Maintain production status and efficiency reports.

JOB ROLE:

1. Order Analysis: Understand buyer requirements, order quantities, delivery dates, and product specifications.
2. Capacity Planning: Match order requirements with available machine capacity and manpower.
3. Line Planning: Allocate production lines based on style complexity, order volume, and delivery priorities.
4. TNA (Time & Action) Planning: Create and monitor the TNA calendar to ensure timely execution of key production stages.
5. Forecast and plan for raw materials, trims, and accessories.
6. Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.
7. Prevent delays due to material shortages.
8. Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) in real-time to track production flow.
9. Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or delays in production.
10. Ensure line balancing and efficient manpower deployment.
11. Collaborate with the quality department to ensure adherence to product standards.
12. Maintain production status reports, efficiency reports, rejection/wastage data.
13. Use ERP or Excel tools for planning and reporting.
14. Report daily/weekly progress to senior management or owners.
