Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a Production Operator to support day-to-day operations on the assigned production line in Jamshoro, Pakistan, ensuring safe, compliant manufacturing in line with SOPs and GMP/EHS standards.

You will perform autonomous maintenance, document batch records, maintain 5S, and participate in CAPA and continuous improvement activities to meet quality targets.

The role requires a DAE or Graduation with 1–2 years of experience, and is on-site in Sindh.

Qualifications

• DAE or graduation in engineering or a related field.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operational setup of the assigned line/work center in line with SOPs and GMP/EHS standards.
• Perform autonomous maintenance including first-line troubleshooting and basic equipment upkeep.
• Maintain accurate, real-time batch records and GMP documentation in line with data integrity requirements.
• Uphold 5S standards and ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas, including GMP-compliant cleaning processes.
• Report and elevate all quality and safety deviations, incidents, and near misses; conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Participate in Tier-1 meetings, monitor hourly KPIs, and support performance tracking at the line level.
• Execute line clearance and product changeovers in line with the production plan.
• Identify and drive improvements to reduce quality defects, breakdowns, and waste.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to EHS policies and carry out additional responsibilities as per business needs.
