Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- 3–5+ years in technical support, customer service, or helpdesk environments.
- Experience in software support, hospitality, or club operations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Respond to clients via phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms; diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Explain feature usage and guide customers to maximize software value; suggest upgrades where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and support club operations.
