The Product Manager will own the roadmap, delivery, and performance of SITC’s citizen-services product portfolio, ensuring alignment with government priorities and organizational strategy. The role translates strategic requirements into prioritized backlogs and actionable delivery plans, working closely with government stakeholders, Business Analysts, Associate Product Managers, and engineering teams. The position will oversee product quality, adoption, release readiness, and post-launch performance while balancing scope, timelines, and resources. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of product management experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of agile delivery and SDLC. Public-sector or citizen-services experience is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning road-map and delivery for digital products or platforms; public-sector or citizen-services experience is a strong advantage.
