Job summary

Sindh IT Company is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery for the citizen-services portfolio, ensuring alignment with government priorities and organizational strategy. You will translate strategic requirements into prioritized backlogs and actionable delivery plans, working closely with government stakeholders, BAs, Associate Product Managers, and engineering teams.

Own and translate strategic requirements into prioritized backlogs.
Experience with SDLC and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product road-map for the citizen-services portfolio.
Translate priorities into backlog and delivery plans for engineering teams.
Partner with government stakeholders, Business Analysts, Associate Product Managers and engineering.
Own product performance, quality and adoption outcomes using data and feedback.
Manage trade-offs across scope, timelines and resources.
Coordinate release planning and post-launch monitoring.
Mentor and direct Associate Product Managers/Business Analysts.
Report portfolio status and milestones to senior management.
