Job summary

SITC is seeking an Associate Product Manager to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams in Karachi. You will gather and translate requirements into clear specs, process flows, and wireframes for timely product delivery.

You'll engage government and non-technical stakeholders, translate needs into user stories, and support the backlog with actionable items. A tech-focused bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technology-focused field from a recognized institution.
1–3 years in Associate Product Manager or related role with requirements focus.
Public-sector digital transformation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Engage with government and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
Translate needs into requirements documents, process flows and user stories.
Develop wireframes/prototypes to communicate proposed solutions.
Bridge stakeholder expectations with technical delivery and scope.
Challenge unclear requirements and drive alignment with structured facilitation.
Surface risks, blockers, and dependencies to Senior Product Managers.
Support backlog with prioritized, actionable, development-ready items.
Collaborate with QA and product teams for user acceptance testing.
